Reschedule/Cancellation Policy
Your reservations are very important to us.
We are committed to block the slot for you on our academy's calendar.
Reservations are in high demand especially during peak hours.
Your advanced notice will allow another customer access to the time-slot.
OUR POLICY:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24-hr prior to the booking time will result in a cancellation fee.

The amount of cancellation fee will be a 100% of the rental fees.

If you are more than 15 mins late for your booking, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

We will do our very best to reschedule your reservation that is convenient to you.
